Diligent hikers can now earn their hiking pin on the Neckarsteig. You can obtain the Neckarsteig hiking passport free of charge at all tourist information offices, municipal administrations, and other stamping points along the trail. With this passport, you can collect a total of 12 stamps from various partner businesses during your hike. If you collect more than 10 stamps, you will receive the hiking pin and a certificate as a reward.

Digital hiking pass
In addition to the paper hiking passport, you can also use your smartphone to collect hiking points for the coveted hiking pin. Several sights along the Neckarsteig have QR codes attached to them that can be scanned using a cell phone camera. This provides you with information on the respective sights and allows you to collect points if you have previously registered at www.neckarsteig.word-qr.com. If at least 18 of the 27 possible points have been collected, you will receive the hiking pin with a certificate.
