The Neckar shapes the cityscape and is the pulsating lifeline in the middle of Heidelberg. It invites visitors to travel on excursion boats and is still of great importance for inland shipping today. Let yourself be carried away on a boat trip into the beautiful Neckar Valley and see the city on the river from a different perspective.

 

After a tour of the picturesque old town or a guided tour of the romantic Heidelberg Castle, you can relax on a boat trip. With the "White Fleet" you drive along the banks of the Neckar to Neckarsteinach. There you have free time to get to know exciting corners of the area. A 3-course menu in a restaurant in Heidelberg's old town or in your hotel makes your vacation perfect.
