Procedure for registering the marriage & booking the wedding dates
You must formally register your marriage at your local registry office and submit all the necessary documents. The registration is possible at the earliest 6 months before the desired wedding date. Please note that we can only finally reserve the date when the Heidelberg registry office confirms that all formalities have been completed.

A booking is possible up to 8 weeks before the wedding date, depending on availability.
