You will find it with us: With more than 400 seats, our Bürgersaal in the Bürgerhaus HeidelBERG is Heidelberg's second-largest municipal hall after the Stadthalle. You can rent it completely with a stage or only a part of it. The room can be flexibly adapted according to your wishes. We can offer you the Bürgersaal in four different versions: Large Hall, Small Hall, Panorama Hall, and Small Panorama Hall.
The foyer of about 300 square meters is perfectly suitable for exhibitions or opening nights. On the website www.buergerhaus-heidelberg.de you can see for yourself the attractive rooms and fair rental prices of the HeidelBERG community centre. The supporting association for the Emmertsgrund district management (TES e.V.) runs the house and is looking forward to welcoming you soon as a guest in the community centre HeidelBERG. A media centre and the HeidelBERG Café also await you in the house.

Small hall
Seating in rows: Up to 276 visitors (272 chairs, 4 wheelchair places)
Seating with tables: Up to 250 visitors (42 tables, 248 chairs, 2 wheelchair places)
Panorama Room
Seating in rows: Up to 256 visitors (252 chairs, 4 wheelchair places)
Seating with tables:
Up to 250 visitors (42 tables, 248 chairs, 2 wheelchair places)
Small panorama hall
Seating in rows: Up to 152 visitors (150 chairs, 2 wheelchair places)
Seating with tables: Up to 124 visitors (21 tables, 122 chairs, 2 wheelchair spaces).

Technical equipment:
Modern hall technology is included in the rental price. The stage technology has three hanging devices for stage parts, an electrically operated main curtain, stage curtains, a 6 x 4-meter screen, a projector as well as stage lighting with a 48-channel light mixer. The loudspeaker system for the stage and hall is a mobile 12-channel mixing console with CD/MP 3 player. This includes four amplifiers, four loudspeakers in the hall, a central stage loudspeaker, two monitor boxes as well as two radio microphones, and a lectern with a microphone.
Catering:
You can choose from four cooperating businesses that offer suitable catering entirely according to your wishes. There is also the HeidelBERG Café in the building.
